Provide basic care and mobility assistance to residents, including help with activities of daily living and vital signs monitoring. Offer emotional support and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.
Candidates must hold an active CNA certification in the applicable state. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach are required.
Basic Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting. Mobility Assistance: Help residents move around the facility safely. Vital Signs: Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. Emotional Support: Provide companionship and build trusting relationships with residents.
Report any significant changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Active CNA certification in the applicable state. Compassionate and patient-focused. Strong observational and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
