The Cath Lab Nurse provides professional nursing care by utilizing the nursing process and incorporating patient-family centered care principles. They work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialized care across the cath lab care continuum.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree in nursing and at least one year of acute care experience, preferably in critical care, cath lab, or procedural/OR settings. A BSN is required for new graduates or those with less than one year of experience, who must enroll in a BSN program within one year of licensure.
