Purpose The licensed Registered Nurse (RN) plans and delivers professional nursing care in alignment with their level of experience and education, the applicable State Board of Nursing regulations, and established organizational policies and procedures. The RN integrates the art, science, leadership, and clinical knowledge of nursing practice to provide relationship‑centered, compassionate, ethical, and respectful care through both direct and indirect healthcare services.
