Provides assistive clinical care to patients, including preparing them for examinations and performing basic diagnostic tests. Handles clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining medical records to support licensed staff.
Requires a current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential and a valid certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NCMA, etc.) or EMT/Paramedic. Must be able to handle physical demands and work variable shifts in a healthcare environment.
