Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab for adults and pediatric patients to assist in diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment and performing studies independently during on-call or portable exam situations.
Requires an Associate or Trade School degree and specific IEMA certifications (RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, or RCES). CPR and Intravenous Therapy certifications are preferred, with less than 2 years of experience required.

Role Purpose Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
Prepares patient and equipment for procedures. Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
