Clinical Staff Pharmacist Full Time: hybrid Summary: The Clinical Staff Pharmacist supports patient care by providing clinical expertise in symptom management, medication therapy, and cost-effective pharmaceutical practices.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Pharmacy Services, this role partners closely with medical and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care for patients, particularly those with serious or end-of-life illnesses.
The pharmacist also acts as a liaison with external pharmacies and helps drive safe, efficient medication use across the organization.
What You will Bring: Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy required; Pharm.D. preferred Licensure: Active Massachusetts pharmacist license (or eligibility) Experience: Minimum 2 years in clinical pharmacy (acute, advanced, or terminal illness care) OR completion of PGY1/PGY2 residency/fellowship Hospice or palliative care experience strongly preferred Technical Skills: Familiarity with EMR systems, pharmacy platforms, and Microsoft Office (AppEnabler a plus) Other: Strong communication skills and understanding of hospice practices preferred #INDOTH The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position.
Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location.
There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.
