The Therapy CNA provides a supportive environment for residents by assisting with activities of daily living and offering companionship. They collaborate with therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for each resident.
Candidates must hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana. The role requires the physical ability to lift and bend, along with a strong commitment to senior care excellence.
