Provide coordinated psychiatric treatment and medication management for adolescents and young adults with serious mental illness and psychosis. Conduct ongoing diagnostic and safety assessments while providing psychoeducation to participants and their families.
Must be a NYS licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience working with adolescents or young adults in community-based mental health settings. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

CASES is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for working with adolescents and young adults with serious mental illness, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders, limited social supports, and/or criminal legal involvement.
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will work as part of a small multidisciplinary team providing coordinated and assertive treatment in the earliest stages of illness. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner engages the consumer in shared decision making about medication and the next steps in medication treatment. Medication management will be guided by a medication algorithm that provides information about evolving best practices.
OnTrackNY is an innovative treatment program that serves adolescents and young adults who are within 2 years of experiencing the onset of non-affective psychosis.
The salary for this role is $164,000 per year.
