Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and safe positioning Support medication reminders and delegated care tasks per care plan and state regulations Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement Escort or transport clients to appointments or errands as needed Observe and report changes in client condition to the clinical team Follow all individualized care plans and instructions from licensed professionals What We’re Looking For Compassionate, reliable, and patient caregivers Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a home setting Willingness to travel between client homes in the assigned area Commitment to high-quality, client-centered care

Qualifications
