• One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Registered Clinical Nurse in the Critical Care Floating Staff Pool, you will deliver expert, compassionate patient care across various critical care units, serving as a vital resource to ensure optimal outcomes for our most vulnerable patients.Every day you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for critically ill patients, utilizing advanced clinical skills and critical thinking.
• You will be expected to rapidly adapt to diverse patient populations and unit environments, collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, and advocate tirelessly for patient safety and well-being.To be successful in this role, you must possess advanced clinical competency in critical care, exceptional adaptability and problem-solving skills, and a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care.
• Registered Nurse Abuse Protection and Reporting: Assesses and identifies and reports patient abuse and neglect i.e.: physical assault, rape or other molestation, domestic, abuse and neglect of elders and children and implements department policies and procedures.
