Perform various blood collection procedures including venipunctures and finger sticks while ensuring accurate patient identification and data entry. Collect chain of custody urine drug screens and transport samples from nursing units to the laboratory.
Completion of a formal phlebotomy training course and one year of experience are preferred. A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and BLS certification are required.
