The LVN is responsible for providing direct resident care, administering medications, and implementing nursing standards. They must conduct daily rounds, identify safety hazards, and supervise direct care associates.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with an unencumbered RN or LVN/LPN license and current CPR certification. One year of clinical experience is preferred, along with reliable transportation.
