Provide emotional and spiritual guidance to hospice patients and their families through individualized care plans. Coordinate with clinical teams and community resources to ensure dignity and comfort during end-of-life journeys.
Requires theological coursework or 5+ years of ministerial experience, along with a valid driver's license and vehicle. A postgraduate degree in theology or Clinical Pastoral Education is preferred.
