Facilitate activities of daily living and provide supportive counseling to help consumers with severe mental illness achieve recovery. Responsibilities include managing group therapy, medication monitoring, and maintaining a safe, trauma-informed residential environment.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field for RC II or pursuing one/certification for RC I. Preferred qualifications include one year of mental health experience and certifications in QMAP, CPR, and First Aid.

Residential Counselors facilitate and work with consumers on a variety of activities of daily living (ADLs) needed for consumers to become more self-sufficient and move toward recovery. Additionally, you will facilitate group therapy, manage intakes/discharges, monitor medications, create a safe environment for the consumers, help coordinate treatment, and advocate for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Responsible for direct service care to consumers as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements: & Qualifications:
• One year of mental health experience or in related field preferred.

This is a flex opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area. Location varies.
This is an awake overnight 8pm to 8am opportunity on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Requires sitting, standing, bending, lifting. Must be able to perform a variety of household tasks, climb stairs, move throughout the house, and quickly respond to emergencies. May require lifting 30 pounds.
