The Physical Therapist II provides a full range of physical therapy services, including evaluation and treatment planning. They are responsible for implementing therapeutic interventions and managing discharge planning for patients.
Candidates must hold a California Physical Therapy License and have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist. Basic Life Support certification is required, and CCS paneling is necessary for those working with pediatric patients.

The Physical Therapist II provides a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. What It Takes to be Successful
Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Physical Therapy Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job Minimum 5 years’ experience as a licensed physical therapist If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to travel to clinics, and other campus offices as determined by patient and scheduling needs. Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
