$22 - $26 / HOUR
Provide intensive, wraparound support and employment services for adults with serious and persistent mental illness within an ACT program. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with local businesses to help clients secure and maintain employment.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in behavioral science with one year of vocational service experience, or a Master's degree, or five years of experience in mental health services. Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
1.0 FTE, Flexible days and start/end time, Hybrid schedule.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) programs. Experience in working with clients to develop job skills, navigate job searches, and provide initial support to maintain employment.
