About the Role

• As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at LifeSpan Therapy, you will play a critical role in helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions.
• You will assess residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
• Your work will involve collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal resident outcomes.
• You will also educate residents and their families on adaptive techniques and assistive devices to support daily living activities.
• Ultimately, your efforts will empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve greater autonomy in their personal and professional lives.

• Job Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough resident evaluations to determine functional abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident assessments and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve residents' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
