Provide therapeutic support to youth under 21 through CPST and PSR services to help them overcome behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include building supportive relationships with families, coordinating care with providers, and managing all administrative documentation.
Requires a High School Diploma for PSR positions or a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services for CPST positions. Candidates must have 2 years of experience in the Human Service field and a valid driver's license with insurability.

Children and Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) provides voluntary therapeutic support to youth under 21. Through Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services (PSR) and Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST), providers deliver social and emotional support tailored to each youth's needs. Using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), the program helps youth build skills to overcome behavioral challenges and achieve healthy, age-appropriate functioning in home, school, and community settings.
