Coordinate individualized and group therapeutic support for patients with psychiatric disorders and substance use issues. Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans while managing a caseload and ensuring accurate documentation.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work and state licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, or LSW. Two or more years of experience with the target patient population is preferred, along with CPR and de-escalation certifications.
Plan, direct, define and coordinate individualized and group therapeutic support and services to patients with behavioral problems, psychiatric disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use and physical and emotional abuse.
