Plan and coordinate individualized therapeutic support and services for patients with psychiatric disorders and substance use issues. Conduct psychosocial assessments and manage a caseload to promote recovery and social functioning.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work and state licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, or LSW. CPR and de-escalation certifications are required, with two or more years of experience preferred.
Plan, direct, define and coordinate individualized and group therapeutic support and services to patients with behavioral problems, psychiatric disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use and physical and emotional abuse.
