Registered Nurse

• Coastal Endoscopy Center has an immediate need for a per diem Registered Nurse!

• Registered Nurse at Coastal Endoscopy Center The Registered Nurse has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre or post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care.
• The Registered Nurse ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care.
• The PACU Registered Nurse performs additional duties needed by the department.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have an active Registered Nurse in the state of New Jersey.
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS.
• At least 1+ years of experience in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care. GI experience a plus!
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians

Starting Pay

$42.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
