Perform technical MRI procedures to obtain diagnostic images of various body parts while ensuring patient safety. Assist in clinical training for students and maintain efficient department operations.
Preferred minimum of two years of experience as an MRI Technologist. Must be able to operate MRI equipment and handle physical demands including moving 25 lbs.
This is a system wide role that would require work at locations in Danville and Harrodsburg.
Performs technical procedures to obtain MRI Images of various portions of the body using standardized techniques to assist physicians in diagnosis of diseases and injuries. Exhibits the F.I.R.S.T. values (Friendliness, Innovation, Respect, Service, and Trust).
Exposure to infectious materials, cuts, and abrasions from equipment. A flexible work schedule is required. Constant physical activity. Strenuous activity involved with moving equipment and patients. Must be able to move or position 25 lbs. independently.
Patients, visitors, physicians, and all other departments within the facility.
Ability to operate MRI equipment and computers.
Minimum of two (2) years as MRI Technologist preferred.
