Provide compassionate personal care, support, and companionship to residents while assisting with activities of daily living. Monitor changes in resident needs to update care plans and encourage participation in community activities.
Must have a high school diploma and a current CNA or HHA certification. Experience working with the elderly and dementia care is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience Physical Abilities While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell. An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
