Provide one-on-one support, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Ensure the safety and well-being of the individual within both home and community settings.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community living support care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Charlotte area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.
Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community. Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere. Follow agency policies and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
