Provide direct personal support and supportive counseling to adults with mental illness and co-occurring health conditions in a residential setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, milieu management, and maintaining facility documentation to create a home-like environment.
A high school diploma is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree in mental health is preferred. Candidates must be able to obtain MHRT-1 certification within one year and pass comprehensive background and health screenings.
Various schedules available These programs operate on a 24 hour/day, 7 days a week basis. Willingness to have availability on weekends/holidays may be required.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training in mental health preferred. Must become certified as Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1) within 1 year of employment; then maintain required trainings to uphold continuous MHRT1 status. Basic proficiency in Microsoft office preferred. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills required. Flexible schedule is required. Ability to work in a team environment required. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, child protective service check & sex offender check. Must not be on the state or federal suspension and disbarment list. Must pass CNA registry check Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and TB screen. Must be able to exert moderate physical effort with occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, driving, typing and frequently lift and carry material weighing up to 25 pounds. Driving may be necessary to attend meetings and trainings and for the occasional need to meet with clients offsite and within the program service area. This may include transportation of clients or driving to agency location to complete work. A good driving record is required.
