Summary of job

• Demonstrates ability and knowledge to independently perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests, both automated and manual, within established time frame with accuracy and precision.
• Is able to perform multiple tasks such as: Quality Performance activities, quality control procedures, ordering, computer functions, and other duties as assigned.
• Strives to keep self technically competent and current.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner, both written and verbal with all levels of Holy Redeemer Health system Staff and clients.
• Possesses strong customer service skills.

Recruitment requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (MT) in Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent. ASCP or equivalent registration preferred LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: ASCP or equivalent registration preferred.
