Salary
$16 - $25 / HOUR
Provide compassionate daily care to patients, including hygiene, mobility support, and meal assistance. Monitor and record vital signs while reporting changes in patient condition to supervising nurses.
Must have completed a state-approved CNA training program with an active Wyoming CNA certification. Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Abilities & Skills Strong communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and all regulations. Adaptable and open to improvements that enhance patient care and facility operations. Knowledge of safety, infection control, and departmental policies. Basic computer skills for electronic documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Physical Requirements Hearing and speaking ability sufficient for patient interaction and telephone communication. Visual acuity for patient assessment and reading medical information. Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs unassisted; regular bending, reaching, standing, and walking. Exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities without compromising patient care. Experience & Education Completion of a state-approved CNA training program. Active Wyoming CNA certification. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
