The GI Technician supports physicians and nurses during endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies and endoscopies. They are responsible for preparing and sterilizing equipment, monitoring patients, and maintaining accurate documentation.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with previous experience as a GI or Endoscopy Tech preferred. Candidates should possess knowledge of sterile processing and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
