• Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction or inpatient psychiatric health setting required Knowledge of psychiatric group processes, therapeutic relationships processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors, and CPR training preferred Knowledge in patient safety preferred Proficiency in computer-based skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong teamwork skills Excellent organization and time management skills Strategic and empathetic decision-making skills About Us!
