Candidates must hold a current RN license in Wyoming, a CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Home health experience is preferred, and applicants must pass pre-employment screenings.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.
Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
Part-Time, 2 visits per month, 3 hours per visit. Days and shift times flexible.
