The clinician screens participants to determine appropriate activities and assesses them for diagnosis to develop early intervention treatment plans. Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy, maintaining clinical records, and participating in an on-call crisis response schedule.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and possess current California BBS licensure or associate/trainee status. A valid California driver's license and personal malpractice insurance are also required.

This Clinician will screen participants to determine appropriate activities, assist participants and families in understanding the nature and risk factors of behavioral disorders, assess participants for diagnosis, and develop early intervention treatment plans.

Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage, and Family Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college /university. A valid California driver’s License and 100/300 car insurance.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should know Word Processing software.
Certificates and Licenses: Current licensure or intern status, in good standing, as a therapist in the State of California
