Accurately transcribe pathologist dictations into comprehensive medical reports while ensuring correct terminology and grammar. Perform administrative duties including scheduling, file maintenance, and data retrieval within a medical database.
Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of medical transcription experience. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, with a typing speed of 80 WPM.
Accurately and efficiently translates Pathologist’s dictations of patient histories, diagnoses, and medical treatments, analyses of test results, medications, and prognoses into accurate and comprehensive pathology reports.
Minimum of two years of medical transcription experience.
Computers, computer programs, information system(s), photocopiers, scanners, facsimile machines, dictation machines, postal machines, and telephones.

Requires visual acuity and normal color perception.
