Provide tailored one-on-one support to children and adults with developmental and physical needs to foster independence. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, implementing behavior support plans, and documenting client progress.
Candidates must have experience supporting individuals with autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Experience supporting children and/or adults on the autism spectrum, as well as those with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities Strong understanding of person-centered care and behavioral support Patience, reliability, and professionalism Ability to follow care plans and agency policies Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required) Ability to pass background check and meet hiring requirements Client Matching Notice
