COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary

• $120,000-$145,000 annually
• Performance bonuses based on wRVU production
• $20,000 combined sign-on and relocation assistance
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

• $3,750 CME allowance plus 5 CME days
• Fully covered malpractice insurance

• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management services
• Deliver psychotherapy and behavioral health interventions for diverse patient populations
• Support patients with mental health and substance abuse disorders

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Participate in mission-driven behavioral health initiatives supporting underserved communities

Requirements

• Active Washington Physician Assistant license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Behavioral health or psychiatry experience preferred
• Comfortable managing mental illness and substance abuse disorders REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered behavioral health approach REQUIRED
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary care environment REQUIRED
