Provide patient-centered care within an acute care unit as part of an interdisciplinary team. Adhere to the core values and mission of SBH and the tenets of Plantree.
Requires a High School Diploma and completion of the St. Barnabas Hospital orientation program. Candidates must be proficient in English and physically capable of meeting the demands of the position, including lifting heavy supplies.
We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Attendant (CNA) to join our acute care unit. The CNA will work in harmony with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, honor the tenets of Plantree as well as the core values and the mission of SBH.
A. Education Required: High School Diploma
Completion of St. Barnabas Hospital orientation program
Ability to speak, read and write English.
Good communication skill
Pleasant, courteous and tactful manner.
Mental and physical health to meet the demands of the position.
Twenty-one (21) hours per week, hours of work as assigned.
