Provide direct care and community-based support to adults with Autism and intellectual disabilities to foster independence. Implement individualized support plans and assist with daily living activities and social skill development.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience with autism or intellectual disabilities is preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass background checks.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct care and support tailored to each individual’s needs and goals Assist with activities of daily living (e.g., personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders) Support individuals in developing life skills, social skills, and community participation Implement individualized support plans and behavior support strategies Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals served Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families Respond promptly and professionally to changing needs or situations
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks and required (Residents from outside PA, or those who have moved here outside the last 2 years, will need to pass an FBI Background Check as well)
