The Recovery Coach provides individualized support, education, and advocacy to clients and their families to help them achieve personal recovery goals. They develop wellness plans, coordinate care with a network of professionals, and monitor progress through documentation and screenings.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 1-2+ years of experience in substance use recovery settings. Proficiency in recovery frameworks like 12-Step or SMART Recovery and the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends are required.

Compensation includes a base salary plus a performance-based incentive plan, with total estimated annual earnings ranging from $55,000 to $80,000 per year. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
