The clinician performs comprehensive history and physical assessments to diagnose and manage acute and complex chronic conditions. They are responsible for formulating individualized plans of care and maintaining detailed medical documentation for patients across the care continuum.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and National Board Certification as a Primary/Family Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. BLS certification is also required for this role.
