Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Tulsa area. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, developing treatment plans, and prescribing necessary medications and interventions.
Requires a Board Certified NP or PA certification valid in Oklahoma with 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients. Strong clinical skills and the ability to operate independently are essential.

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Tulsa, Oklahoma region on a full time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.
• $130,000+ (depending on experience and with other incentives) (Full Time)
