Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN)

Schedule

• Day
• Shift (Monday -
• Friday) 8:00am-5:00pm and rotating on call weekends.

Pay: $24-$33 per hour

Responsibilities

• Follow established facility policies and procedures to provide treatment to residents in accordance with physicians’ orders.
• Provide emergency care to residents when necessary.
• Requisition adequate supplies to provide treatment to residents.
• Participate in supervision of care provided to residents.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
• Must hold a current Nursing (RN or LVN) license valid in the State of Texas and be in good standing with the Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Experience with Geriatric nursing preferred.
• Physical & sensory abilities commensurate with position to include but not limited to frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
