The role involves providing direct patient care in a dialysis clinic, including obtaining blood samples and documenting treatments. The LVN/LPN is responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with the Charge Nurse and Biomedical Technicians.
Candidates must hold a current LVN/LPN license and obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Previous dialysis experience is preferred, and completion of the USRC training program is required within 8 weeks.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
