COTA Full time Mileage Paid Coverage Area: Ross, Fayette, Highland, Pickaway counties National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area! Qualified candidates for this position offer: Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy from an approved curriculum.

Experience

Two to four years experience preferred.

Licensure

• Current license for occupational therapy assisting in the state in which practicing. In return, National Church
