The RN will monitor cardiac rhythms and manage complex medical conditions for patients on a specialized Telemetry Medical-Surgical Unit. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing wound care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure patient safety.
Candidates must have a nursing degree and a current North Dakota or compact state license. While new graduates are welcome, preference is given to those with at least two years of clinical experience in Telemetry or Med-Surg, along with BLS certification.

Delegate nursing care with respect based on knowledge of staff qualifications, competencies, and individual patient care needs. Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations. THIS JOB OFFERS BOTH AN INCENTIVE AND RELOCATION: We are offering a $25,000 Sign-On Bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
