The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients, creating comprehensive care plans, and coordinating with families and the care team. They serve as the primary driver of the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for patients with life-limiting illnesses.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state RN license and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience. Physical ability to lift 80-100 lbs and reliable transportation are also required.
