• Job DescriptionAssist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
• Document all medication management related information.
• Notify LVN/LPN of any negative medication reactions.
• Assist and/or manage all medication refills.
• Update records as necessary.
• QualificationsExperience as a caregiver and must have medication certification.First Aid/CPR certified.

USD 19.00 - USD 21.00 - hourly
