Assist hospice patients with daily activities and monitor their conditions to report changes to the care team. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families during health care journeys.
Must maintain state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant and have at least one year of experience in a hospital or long-term care facility. Requires reliable transportation and the physical ability to lift 80-100 lbs.
