Responsible for monitoring patient comfort and vital signs before, during, and after medical procedures. Administers and adjusts anesthetics as needed during surgery.
Requires a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Must be a licensed physician and surgeon with certification from the American Board of Anesthesiology and completion of an anesthesiology residency.
Responsible for monitoring patient comfort before, during, and after surgical or medical procedures through the administration of anesthesia and other medications. Administers anesthetics during surgery and adjusts them as needed. Monitor patients' vital signs.
