Provides administrative and non-invasive technical support to licensed healthcare providers, including patient rooming and vital signs. Responsible for clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, injections, and maintaining a sterile environment for patient care.
Requires a high school diploma and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program. Candidates must have one year of primary care clinical experience and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols, including disinfectant/sterilization procedures and the safe handling of instruments and equipment. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
