Candidates must possess a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and a valid license to practice in Arizona. Additionally, at least three years of general clinical dentistry experience is required, along with proficiency in various dental procedures and the ability to work under pressure.

Position Summary: Information: Duties and requirements
In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care services to residents within the detention facility while ensuring treatment is delivered in accordance with government detention standards, clinical protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of dental conditions while working collaboratively with healthcare staff, dental technicians, nursing personnel, and facility leadership to support resident health and wellness. This position requires strong clinical expertise, professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to provide quality dental care within a secure detention healthcare environment.
Employees may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
Employees may be required to remain in a stationary position, stand, push, pull, climb, kneel, crawl, balance, squat, bend, and reach. Employees may be also required to use gear to move items around, including, but not limited to, carts and dollies. Employees may also be occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 49 pounds.
