Resilience Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and engaging Daytime Group Facilitator to join their clinical team in Walpole, MA. This role is a strong fit for a clinician who is experienced in leading structured group experiences, comfortable working with individuals managing co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions, and committed to delivering trauma-informed, person-centered care in every session.
What You'll Do Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions for clients in a structured clinical setting Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence Apply trauma-informed and person-centered approaches throughout all group sessions Support clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following each session Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field (required) Experience facilitating group therapy in psychoeducation, process, or skills-based formats Familiarity with the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills Demonstrated ability to engage clients and manage group dynamics effectively Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered treatment approaches
